This course will provide participants with tools and techniques needed to identify, quantify, analyze, and ultimately solve operational problems. During this course, participants use structured, step-by-step processes, along with peer interactions and brainstorming activities, to identify problem causes, make comprehensive decisions, and eliminate potential problems along the way.

Who Should Attend

Primary participants are managers who are involved in or responsible for making decisions that affect a business unit. Both administrative and manufacturing managers will benefit from the course. Senior managers may wish to participate in order to brush up on their knowledge and skills or to better follow up the development of their own managers.
