This course will provide participants with tools and techniques needed to identify, quantify, analyze, and ultimately solve operational problems. During this course, participants use structured, step-by-step processes, along with peer interactions and brainstorming activities, to identify problem causes, make comprehensive decisions, and eliminate potential problems along the way.
