Course Overview/Benefits
Today’s supervisors
manage much broader operations than they did just a few years ago. They are
often expected to run an entire shift or department with employees that in turn
are taking on additional responsibilities. This change has created a need
for supervisors to develop advanced skills in planning, organizing,
controlling, problem solving, and decision making. This course will provide
participants with tools and techniques needed to more effectively manage
their operations.
