Today’s
managers work in much broader operations than they did just a few years ago.
They are often expected to run an entire shift or department with employees that,
in turn, are taking on additional responsibilities. This change has created a
need for managers to develop advanced skills in communicating and using their
time effectively, focusing their activities, setting appropriate goals, and
planning work in their operations. This course will provide participants with
tools and techniques needed to practice continuous improvement in these
areas. Course Topics
Who Should Attend Primary
participants are supervisors and newer managers. Both administrative and
manufacturing supervisors will benefit from the course. Mid-level managers
may wish to participate in order to brush up on their knowledge and skills or
to better follow up the development of their own supervisors. Instructional Methods Course
activities include presentations, group discussions and many practical
applications. Participants will learn the techniques and put them into
practice. Faculty Dr. Paul O’Neill, Ed. D., Professional Development Resources. Paul has consistently received very high instructor ratings for his supervisory courses. He is also the head of Marmon College. Erin Doppke, M.S.
Ed. During her 11 years teaching the Supervisory and Managing Operations courses with Marmon College, Erin has consistently received high ratings for her instruction. She is also the Marmon College Registrar. Participant Fee $850, which
